NEW DELHI: Consumer electronics giant Samsung launched its flagship smartphones Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ in India. The company has now announced that the 256GB version of the Galaxy S9+ is available for purchase via Reliance Digitalstores, Samsung exclusive stores and Samsung Shop at Rs 72,900.
As part of the sale, Reliance Digital announced a special offer with the 256GB variant of Galaxy S9+. The company is offering 70% buyback offer along with cashback of Rs 6,000.
To avail the 70% buyback offer, consumers need to have a Jio connection and do a cumulative recharge of minimum Rs. 2500 within 12 months from any of the available Jio plans. Consumers can also opt for an exclusive Jio offer on Galaxy S9, S9+ wherein users on Jio get an exclusive offer of 1 Terabyte of High Speed 4G data along with unlimited voice & SMS for one year worth Rs. 15,000 at only Rs. 4,999. With this plan, the users can enjoy uninterrupted video, without any daily data usage limit. Additionally, the users are entitled to complimentary Jio Prime Membership as a part of this plan offer.
Along with this, the company is also giving 12 month EMI option with the 256GB version of Samsung Galaxy S9+.
Apart from Reliance, country’s leading telecom operator Airtel is also giving an offer to the customers of Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. The Airtel customers have to pay Rs 9,900 as the down payment for the 64GB version. On the other hand, if they wish to purchase the 256GB version then they have to make the down payment of Rs 17,900.
For those unaware, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ sports a 5.8-inch Quad HD + Curved Super AMOLED display, while the Galaxy S9+ features a 6.2-inch Quad HD + Curved Super AMOLED screen. The handsets are powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 9810 processor and run Android 8.0 Oreo operating system topped with the TouchWiz UI of the company.
